How do downloads work?

After completing your purchase, you will receive immediate access to your digital products. Download links will be available on the order confirmation page and will also be sent to the email address used during checkout.

You can also access your purchased files at any time from your account dashboard, under the “Downloads” section.

When will I receive my files?

Because all our products are digital downloads, delivery is instant.

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your files will become available immediately.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Product Orders Cancellation Policy

All of our products are digital products available for instant download.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please do so before completing the purchase. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, cancellation or modification is no longer possible.

Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy

Please note that donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Once you have completed your checkout payment for donations or tips, we are unable to cancel or refund the transaction.

Membership Subscription Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your membership at any time through your account billing page.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period. There are no refunds or cancellations for the remaining time of an active subscription period.

REFUND POLICY
